This policy applies when you visit moneyfit.org, submit information through a Money Fit website form or application, request information or counseling, or communicate with us by email, telephone, or text message.

- Emails, text messages, website submissions, call notes, and other communications with Money Fit. Telephone calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, documentation, and compliance purposes, with notice or consent when required.
- Feedback and content you authorize
- Feedback, reviews, testimonials, questions, or other content you voluntarily provide. We will use identifying details publicly only when authorized or otherwise permitted by law.
- Technical and usage information
- Internet Protocol address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from an IP address, timestamps, cookie or similar identifiers, and information about website performance and interactions.
Please do not send sensitive information through general contact or question forms. The website forms covered by this policy are not intended to collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank-account information, payment-card information, or credit-report authorization.

9. Children's educational use
Some Money Fit educational courses and materials may be suitable for children under 13 when used with a parent or guardian or under appropriate school supervision. These educational materials are not designed to require or collect a child's name, contact information, account or login information, course progress, quiz responses, or other personal information.
The educational pages use the same limited website analytics described in this policy. Money Fit does not use separate child-focused analytics, personalized advertising, or remarketing tags on those pages.
Children under 13 should not submit personal information through Money Fit's general contact forms, counseling applications, question forms, or communication tools. A parent, guardian, or appropriately authorized school should supervise use of the educational materials and submit any necessary communication on the child's behalf.

10. Third-party websites and services
