Bankruptcy Certificate Services
If you are filing bankruptcy, federal law requires approved education at two points in the process. Money Fit provides both required certificates through secure, online courses, with access to certified counselors when needed.
Not sure which course you need? Our overview explains the timing and requirements: Bankruptcy Counseling and Debtor Education.
Choose the course you need
Pre-Filing Credit Counseling
Required before you file bankruptcy. This course reviews your financial situation and explains alternatives before you proceed.
Post-Filing Debtor Education
Required after you file bankruptcy. This course focuses on financial management and is needed before your case can be discharged.
Each course is $50 per case and available online 24/7/365.
How it works
What this service is and is not
These courses satisfy federal bankruptcy education requirements. They are educational in nature and do not provide legal advice or representation. For legal questions, consult a qualified bankruptcy attorney.
Moving forward
If you are unsure which course you need, review your court documents or confirm with your attorney before enrolling. Completing the correct course at the correct time is essential to your case.
